StoneBridge Senior Living in Blytheville, AR is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents and staff in delivering attentive, respectful care. You will help residents with daily living activities, document care, assist with meals, and promptly report changes to the nurse.

Teamwork and empathy are essential. Qualified candidates hold an active CNA certification, completed state-approved training, and demonstrate clear communication.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA certification in good standing.
• Graduate of a state-approved CNA training program.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• At least one year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in an interdisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Provides supportive services to nurse(s) and other staff as needed and performs duties as assigned.
• Assists resident with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
• Assists with lifting, turning, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinates dining room services during meals, including setup, delivery, feeding, and documenting intake.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and documents intake.
• Assists with weighing residents and reports changes to nurse/supervisor.
• Monitors skin condition and reports issues to nurse/supervisor.
• Assists with toileting program activities.
• Completes flow sheets and documents resident progress as directed.
• Keeps nurse and supervisor informed of factors affecting performance.
