StoneBridge Senior Living in Arkansas is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support nursing staff and provide compassionate care to residents in a welcoming, family-like environment.

The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, coordinating meal service, monitoring resident condition, and documenting progress to support the care team. A patient, reliable caregiver with good communication skills is essential to our mission.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing or graduate of state-approved CNA training with competency exam passed within 120 days of employment.
• High School Graduate/GED preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• At least one year of experience as CNA in long-term care preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication within interdisciplinary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive services to nurse and staff as needed and performs duties as assigned.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans and procedures.
• Assists with lifting, turning, positioning, and transferring residents.
• Coordinates dining room services at meals, including setup, delivery, feeding, and documenting intake.
