The role emphasizes accurate documentation, six rights of medication administration, and collaboration with nurses to ensure resident wellbeing and safety on every shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• State-required medication training or certification.
• Experience in assisted living or home health is preferred.
• Demonstrates integrity and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications following the six rights and MAR.
• Document actions clearly and accurately.
• Maintain a safe, organized medication cart and environment.
• Provide resident treatments per individual service plans.
