Qualifications

• Accurate and timely distribution of medications per physician orders and regulations.
• Documentation of medication administration and resident records.
• Ability to follow Plan of Care and assist with activities of daily living as needed.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report changes in resident condition to supervisor.
