Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to confidentiality policies.

Aufgaben

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of medication administration and resident responses.
• Monitor and report any adverse reactions to medications.
• Assist with resident care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Conduct vital signs and other assessments as required.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
