Qualifications

• Current VA Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification.
• Prior experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and document medications in accordance with state regulations and facility policy.
• Observe residents for side effects or changes in condition and report to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities as needed.
• Support residents’ emotional and social well-being through compassionate interactions.
• Maintain accurate medication records and uphold confidentiality.
• Promote safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming community atmosphere.
