Job summary

Regency at Augusta is seeking a dedicated Registered Medication Aide in Virginia to deliver individualized care per each resident’s care plan and to promptly report health status changes to the clinical team.

You will connect with residents and their families with compassion, participate in ongoing learning, and uphold confidentiality of resident information. Duties may include additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Registered Medication Aide (RMA) program in the State of Virginia.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families compassionately to create a lasting, positive experience.
• Participate in ongoing learning through seminars, staff meetings, and other opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information in accordance with regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
