Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of professionals dedicated to empowering children with special needs. You will directly support BCBA-supervised behavior analytic services across our evidence-based therapies, including ABA, OT, PT, and Speech Therapy.

The role involves data collection, implementing treatment plans, preparing materials, and maintaining a safe, supportive learning environment for children up to age 21.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with children and families.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy pediatric setting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Responsibilities

• Work directly under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Participate in implementing the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).
• Participate in daily data collection and update graphs.
• Enter data and report to supervising BCBA.
• Assist in observational assessments (ABC data collection).
• Prepare materials for all sessions as directed.
• Implement teaching procedures based on the BCBA's plan.
• Maintain notes, data, graphs in designated HIPAA-compliant system.
• Ensure child safety and supervision at all times.
• Communicate professionally with parents and staff.
