Job summary

Golden Touch ABA in Maryland is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision. You will work with children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings, applying data-driven strategies and positive reinforcement to support skill development.

The ideal candidate is 18+, with a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred) and experience with autism or special needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs; ABA experience a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.
