Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Doraville, GA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA plans under a BCBA and help clients improve social and daily living skills.

You'll collaborate with families, track progress with data, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in developing individualized treatment plans. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress through data collection.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Work closely with families to ensure the consistent application of behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in their daily living activities (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
