Job summary

Golden Touch ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and adolescents with autism. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and teams.

The role supports ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings. A high school diploma is required, and experience in ABA or with special needs is a plus; 18+ and a valid driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs; ABA experience a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.
