Job summary

Golden Touch ABA seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and adolescents with autism in Maryland. You will implement individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision, collecting data and adjusting strategies to promote positive behavior changes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and professionals across home, school, and community environments, requiring reliability, empathy, and strong communication. A HS diploma is required; BA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members for continuity of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.
