Job summary

Golden Touch ABA is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals with autism. We are seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team, delivering high-quality ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA in home, school, and community settings.

The RBT will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and BCBAs to promote positive behavior change and client goals in everyday life.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs; ABA experience a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a multidisciplinary team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.
