Job summary

Golden Touch ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and adolescents with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on implementing individualized ABA plans, recording progress data, and delivering services in home, school, and community settings.

The candidate should have a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), be at least 18, and demonstrate strong communication, confidentiality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred in psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs; ABA experience a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.
