Job summary

Golden Touch ABA in Maryland seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work with children and adolescents with autism in home, school, and community settings, collecting progress data and collaborating with families and the team to promote positive behavior change.

The candidate should be 18+, hold a high school diploma (bachelor's in psychology or related field preferred), and demonstrate

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma required; BA/BS preferred in related field.
• Experience with children or special needs is a plus.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage desired behaviors.
• Collect and record client progress data during sessions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.
