Job summary

Golden Touch ABA in Maryland is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on helping children and adolescents acquire new skills in home, school, and community settings.

Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, with strong communication and dedication to client progress.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs is a plus.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.
