Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work 1:1 with clients, implement plans under a BCBA, and track progress in collaboration with families and the clinical team.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling (AM/PM), travel within the local area, and a supportive environment focused on professional growth and meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment.
