Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes and schools. You will work under BCBA guidance, following established treatment plans and documenting progress with our friendly, supportive team.

The role welcomes full-time or part-time hours with a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement. RBT certification is required or actively pursued with our guidance to help you complete the process.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or actively in process to obtain it.
• Experience or comfort working with children in therapeutic settings preferred.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and bring your heart to work every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and school settings.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBAs.
• Track progress using internal systems and participate in data collection.
• Collaborate with families and teammates to help children thrive.
• Maintain energy, compassion, and professional engagement in all interactions.
