Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized plans under supervision, record progress, and collaborate closely with BCBA teams and families.

The role emphasizes compassionate, data-driven care, professional development, and reliable scheduling. Candidates should have an active RBT certification or be eligible to obtain it and a strong commitment to helping children

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligible to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior plans.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
