Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and work closely with BCBA supervisors and families to support progress.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality, evidence-based services with a focus on safety, engagement, and positive outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or eligible to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
