Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Winston-Salem, NC, is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement behavior intervention plans and collect real-time progress data under BCBA supervision.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification or eligibility, with a high school diploma; a bachelor's in psychology or related field is a plus. Reliable transportation and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
