Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Durham, NC is seeking compassionate RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision and track progress with our clinical software.

Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain certification).
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
