Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our center-based treatment team in Las Vegas, NV. Openings for part-time and/or full-time roles with guaranteed hours, paid training, and career growth opportunities.

You will implement individualized behavioral plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families to support progress for children with ASD. Compassion and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Currently certified as an RBT.
• Currently certified with the Nevada ABA board or willing to obtain certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and other parties.
• Physically engage with children during sessions, including lifting up to 25+ pounds.
• Handle any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
