Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities and maintain their personal environment.
• Provide observation and documentation of resident status.
• Assist with onboarding of new Associates.
• Ensure medication administration training and competencies are up to date.
• Operate lift equipment as required (18+).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Maintain excellent communication with residents and team.
• Read, write, and communicate in English.
• Maintain BLS Certification.
