Job summary

Benedictine Living in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support seniors with daily living activities, foster meaningful relationships, and accompany residents in daily routines with compassion and respect.

You will assist with onboarding new Associates, document observations, and help maintain residents' environments. This role emphasizes safety, communication, and empathy in a nonprofit senior care setting.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently
• Have excellent communication skills
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
