Job summary

Benedictine Living seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant in Duluth, MN to support residents with daily living activities, maintain a caring environment, and help build meaningful relationships with residents and the team.

You will observe, document changes, assist with onboarding of new Associates, and ensure safety and respectful care in line with the organization’s four core values: Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
