Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant in Minnesota to support residents with daily living activities and maintain a comfortable living environment.

You will document observations, assist with onboarding of new associates, and collaborate with a caring team to provide safe, respectful care across shifts. Excellent communication and English proficiency are essential, with BLS certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently
• Have excellent communication skills
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
