Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant in Duluth, MN, to provide compassionate care and support with daily living activities. You will help residents maintain independence, observe and document health status, and assist with onboarding of new team members.

The role requires English literacy, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, with BLS certification and medication administration training as prerequisites for ongoing duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate lift equipment as required by statute.
• BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) is required or must be obtained.
• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• Provides observation and documentation of residents' status and progress.
• Assists with onboarding of new associates to ensure smooth integration.
