Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant assists with onboarding of new Associates.
