Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, document observations, and assist with onboarding new Associates. The role emphasizes compassionate caregiving and building meaningful relationships with residents.

The position requires English literacy, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Training in medication administration is required, with certified BLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize tasks independently.
• Must complete and maintain medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment per statute.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities and maintain their personal environment.
• Provide observation and documentation of residents.
• Assist with onboarding of new Associates.
