Albany Senior Living in Albany, IN is seeking qualified Medication Aides (QMAs) to provide safe, compassionate medication administration and daily care to residents in a 102-bed skilled nursing community.

As part of a dedicated team, you’ll monitor residents, document medications, and collaborate with nursing staff to promote dignity and independence for residents, including those in the Alzheimer’s unit.

Qualifications

• Must be Indiana QMA certified.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Commitment to safe, quality care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely within scope.
• Monitor residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with daily care, promoting comfort and independence.
• Maintain accurate medication documentation.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and coworkers.
• Collaborate with nursing team to provide compassionate care.
