Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Staff Therapist with patient-related activities and direct care.
• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per PT board.
• Communicate patient progress and plans with supervisor and health team.
• Assist in maintaining department and participate in trainings.
• Instruct families and nursing staff in maintenance and caregiver training for discharge.
• Report equipment problems and ensure safe operation.
