Greenbrier of Palestine is seeking a compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team. You will provide person-centered care to help residents improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.

You will administer medically prescribed PT treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, document progress, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to adjust plans of care.

Qualifikationen

• Active and valid Texas Physical Therapy Assistant license.
• In good standing with regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
• SNF or long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience with Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Aufgaben

• Administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, improve or restore function, and promote healing.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Respond to requests for service by relaying information and referrals to the Physical Therapist.
• Implement and modify patients' plans of care under PT supervision.
• Measure and record patients' motor function, strength, and progress.
