Job summary

Mercy Health in Cincinnati is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist for Anderson Orthopaedics & Spine. The therapist will perform initial and ongoing assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide skilled interventions in outpatient and inpatient settings as part of the continuum of care.

The role requires a current Physical Therapy license, BLS (preferred/required within 30 days for some facilities), and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in state of practice.
• 2 years of experience in orthopaedic or similar setting is preferred.
• Demonstrates ability to document care and progress in EMR.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and plan patient treatment with goals.
• Provide direct therapy and education to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation.
• Supervise PT assistants as applicable.
• Adhere to safety, infection control and department policies.
