Job summary

Mercy Health's Anderson Hospital in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our faith-based, patient-focused team. The PT will perform initial and ongoing assessments and provide skilled therapeutic interventions across inpatients, outpatients, pediatrics, and off-site locations as part of the continuum of care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Physical Therapist license in the current practice state.
• BLS certification preferred or required within 30 days for some facilities.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients, gathering pertinent information and develops a treatment goals.
• Provides direct therapy to patients daily following the plan of care and standards of practice.
• Maintains accurate and concise records in the EMR and documents progress timely.
• Maintains productivity while delivering high-quality care.
• Supervises the PT assistant’s interventions when applicable and supports professional growth.
• Follows departmental policies on safety, infection control, and attendance.
