Job summary

Mercy Health in Anderson Hospital seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver skilled therapies across inpatients, outpatients, pediatrics and other sites.

You will document progress in the EMR, supervise assistants, maintain productivity, and adhere to safety and compliance standards. Requires state license and BLS; 2 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of current practice.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire (BSMH) or at hire for RSFH.
• 2 years of experience in a similar setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop a treatment plan with goals.
• Provide daily direct therapy and educate patients and families.
• Document patient progress in the EMR and coordinate care.
• Supervise PT assistants when applicable.
• Maintain productivity and adhere to safety and infection control policies.
