Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Prep Cook to join the kitchen team at a long-term care facility. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous kitchen/food prep experience preferred.
• Must complete sanitation and safety course (ServSafe) and have current certification where required by state/county law.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meal preparation and maintain a clean, safe kitchen.
• Prepare ingredients and cook meals per standardized recipes.
• Ensure proper food storage and kitchen cleanliness.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to meet service demands.
• Assist with inventory and report shortages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
