Service Corporation International seeks a proactive Pre-Planning Service Advisor to guide families through pre-need arrangements with compassionate, timely service. You will generate referrals, network with communities, and maintain strong relationships from initial contact through follow-up.

Responsibilities include presenting planning guides, coordinating with the funeral home team, and building trust to ensure comprehensive, value-driven solutions for families during their time of need.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of college or equivalent experience.
• Valid California driver's license with clean record.
• Sales experience or ability to meet quotas.
• CRM experience is a plus; ability to build referrals.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and generate referrals for pre-need and at-need services.
• Network with families and community groups to establish trust.
• Present planning guides and explain benefits of pre-planning.
• Follow up with families, manage activity, and track results.
• Schedule appointments and deliver professional service.
