• Maintains safe body mechanics to protect patients, staff, and self.
• Designs an appropriate plan of care including goals, outcomes, and discharge plan.
• Educates patients, family, caregivers, students, and health care staff as appropriate.
• Evaluates clinical findings to determine PT diagnoses and outcomes of care.
