Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients of all ages. You will design and adjust plans of care, educate patients and families, and document outcomes per policy. A strong emphasis on stroke care and team collaboration is required.

Full-time and part-time roles offer a sign-on bonus up to $7,500, with $10,000 for >1 year of experience and relocation bonus for >50 miles. Join Carle Health and support care across central Illinois.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Illinois.
• BLS within 30 days - American Heart Association.
• Continue education for acute stroke care as required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients of all ages.
• Develops and modifies plan of care with goals, treatment, outcomes and discharge planning.
• Educates patients, families, and caregivers using effective teaching methods.
• Performs examinations and documents results per CTSCP67.
• Collaborates with medical team and supervises PTAs and rehab techs.
