Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for St. Rita's Medical Center. The role involves conducting initial and ongoing assessments, delivering skilled therapeutic interventions, and coordinating care across inpatients and outpatients.

You will document progress in the EMR, maintain productivity while ensuring quality outcomes, and supervise PT assistants as needed. This position requires state licensure and BLS within specified deadlines.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
• BLS certification required within 30 days for RSFH or at hire
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar setting

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops an individualized treatment plan with goals
• Delivers daily direct therapy per plan and provides patient/family instruction
• Maintains accurate progress notes in the electronic medical record
• Supervises PT assistants when applicable
• Maintains productive workload without compromising quality
• Adheres to safety, infection control and documentation standards
