Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate timely, accurate information to patients and families.
• Prioritize workload to ensure timely specimen collection.
• Identify patients and samples during testing phases.
• Perform specimen collection and skin tests with care and compassion.
• Use EPIC to access and enter information.
• Educate and train new staff and students.
• Maintain lab cleanliness and organize supplies.
• Seek process improvements and participate in off-site collections as needed.
