Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to demonstrate competency through departmental training.
• Preferred previous clinical laboratory and phlebotomy experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe and accurate collection of laboratory specimens.
• Ensure proper specimen identification and transport for testing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistent with Mercy standards.
