The successful candidate will collect specimens according to procedures, ensure accurate patient identification, and support the department's efficient operation while delivering excellent customer service to patients and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Complete clerical duties including order entry, result look-up and report generation.
• Answer internal and external calls in a friendly and helpful manner.
