Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Order entry, result look-up, report generation, and answering calls in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Data entry and processing of specimens by labeling, centrifuging, splitting, and freezing as requested by test orders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly.
