Gateway Services Inc. is seeking a Veterinary Route Service Specialist in Cranston, RI. This full-time, hourly role involves face-to-face interactions with veterinary clinics and pet parents, managing a demanding route, and handling pets with care and professionalism.

The position requires physical activity, emotional resilience, and high accountability. You will be the primary link between Gateway and clinics, ensuring accurate pickups and deliveries while maintaining trust and compassion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service, route-based experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and CRM systems.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted clinic relationships.
• Ensure pets are handled and transported with dignity.
• Execute pickups and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Protect trust through professionalism and attention to detail.
• Interact with pet parents occasionally, with compassion and professionalism.
• Return to the Care Center to unload pets and complete handoffs.
