Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge clients warmly at entry
• Maintain friendly demeanor with eye contact and approachable manner
• Be a compassionate listener
• Speak clearly and calmly in person and on the phone
• Assess arrival needs and pet condition
• Determine emergency vs standard status
• Route non-patient calls to appropriate team
• Confirm appointments and prep instructions with clients
• Offer emotional support and resources to grieving clients
• Serve as liaison between clients and service teams during handling of pet remains
