• Assess arrivals and triage emergencies as 'stat' or 'standard'.
• Coordinate appointments and prep instructions for pets and clients.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter and convey compassionate, attentive service.
• Answer calls, address client questions, and route to appropriate team member.
• Confirm appointments and provide preparation guidance for pets.
• Offer emotional support and resources to grieving clients when needed.
• Act as liaison between clients and service agencies during handling of pet remains.
