The Arizona Humane Society is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join the Adoptions team at the Papago Park Campus. This full-time role runs Wednesday through Sunday, 10:30 a.m.

to 7:00 p.m., and focuses on delivering a welcoming, compassionate experience to visitors, adopters, volunteers, and community members. You'll handle front-desk interactions, educate guests on programs, assist with adoption paperwork, manage check-in processes, and support daily operations to keep the Adoptions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year administrative or receptionist experience preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience with the public.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide professional, compassionate service.
• Answer questions, educate about programs, and guide to departments.
• Coordinate wait times and adoption check-in; assist with paperwork and animal profiles.
• Support Adoptions team and manage front lobby in a fast-paced environment.
