Job summary

The Arizona Humane Society is seeking a compassionate Bilingual Animal Assistance Specialist to join our Animal Assistance team at the Papago Park Campus. This full-time role runs Thursday through Monday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and focuses on humane pet care, intake support, surrender resources, and return-to-owner services.

You will engage with pets and people, educate the community about AHS resources, and collaborate with the Pet Resource Center to prevent surrender and enhance customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Minimum one year of exemplary customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with intake of owned and stray animals and provide surrender-prevention resources.
• Support end-of-life services and return-to-owner efforts as needed.
• Educate the community about AHS resources and services.
• Coordinate with Field Operations and Pet Resource Center to improve customer experience.
